- Maintainsprojectcontinuityamongsubcontractors,designers,customersandprojectmanagementbydocumentingandcommunicatingactions,irregularitiesandcontinuingneeds.
- Identifiesequipmentrequiredtocompletetasks
- ReviewcustomerrequirementsandRFQdocumentation
- Holdsweeklyprogressmeetingswithallsubcontractorsandin-house crews.
- Adherestothethreephasesof Quality Controlinaccordancewith ACOEConstruction Quality Control Program .
- Maintainssafetyinaccordancewiththeproject’ssafetydocuments:
  
  Accident Prevention Plan ,SDS,AHA’s,OSHAandEM
