What you'll be doing:- Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain and update project schedules
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors through professionalism and fairness
- Ensure projects meet and exceed client expectations by understanding their needs and culture
- Maintain open communication with project teams regarding changes, job conditions, and potential risks
- Manage project timelines and proactively mitigate potential delays
- 4+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of base building/ground-up construction
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with relevant teams
- Commercial and industrial construction background
- Strong organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on or under schedule
- Strong negotiation skills to help deliver projects on or under budget
- Ability to support and adapt within a rapidly growing GC environment
- Performance-based bonuses tied to client satisfaction and safety record
- Monthly auto allowance
- Paid per diem for travel
