Construction Director
Join Us in Rebuilding Communities
At Parity Homes, we are taking on one of Baltimore's toughest challenges: transforming vacant, distressed rowhomes into high-quality, affordable housing. We are looking for a visionary Construction Director who thrives in complex environments, knows how to lead both people and projects, and wants their work to create lasting social impact. This is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to help shape the future of one of Maryland's most innovative community-based homebuilders.
Parity Homes brings long-abandoned rowhomes in West Baltimore back to life by using social capital and community-based purchasing models to create demand for affordable home ownership opportunities. Our work is rooted in development without displacement, helping ensure that historically marginalized residents can benefit from and help direct reinvestment in their own neighborhoods.
We are more than a home builder. We are rethinking how neighborhoods are valued and reinvested in. With collaboration, warmth, and craftsmanship at the core of our culture, we are a small but growing team where each person is treated as an equal contributor in decision-making. Together, we are building more than homes. We are creating pathways to wealth and stronger community resilience.
