Communications Associate

We’re adding a Communications Associate to our team in Landover - someone at the beginning of their career who wants real experience working with people face‑to‑face, supporting active client campaigns, and developing communication skills that will matter long after the new year excitement fades.

Instead of sitting behind a screen, this role puts you in environments where conversations happen. You’ll be speaking with customers at partnered locations, explaining information in a straightforward way, staying professional in busy moments, and helping ensure people have a positive experience with the brands we represent. The work is hands‑on, people‑focused, structured, and supported.

You don’t need a marketing background to do well here. Many people who succeed in this role come from retail, hospitality, customer service, volunteering, or simply bring reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. What matters most is consistency, communication, and showing up ready to grow.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Landover
, with training provided, clear expectations, and support from a team that wants you to develop. The position is W-2, includes base pay with performance incentives
, and offers ongoing guidance as you build your skill set and confidence through the year ahead.
