Dental One Associates at Beltway is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist for our clinical team in Baltimore, MD

Position Overview:

We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team and the important role they play in our success. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth. We understand the importance of updated technology and strive to keep up with the latest. Our current technology includes Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), 3d cone beam, hygiene lasers, and Digital scanners.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
  • Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certification in local anesthesia (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
