ResponsibilitiesHelp expand our growing design studio and support college and university clients. Play a key role in developing the office, gaining more responsibility, and advancing in creative concepts, detailed design, client development, and project management.
Requirements- Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
- Architect License
- 5‑10 years of experience with higher education projects and clients
- Excellent technical skills and motivation to develop responsive design solutions
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating engaging graphics for building design presentations
- Experience in construction documentation and building detailing
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and thorough in client service
- Some limited travel possible: project‑related travel within 400 miles
- Proficient in AutoCAD® and Revit®
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphics programs desirable
- Resume/CV describing education and work experience
- Work examples / Portfolio showing design and technical capabilities

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 – $. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
