BCT Design Group is seeking a full-time Interior Designer/Project Manager to join its collaborative and creative Interiors Studio. This role is ideal for experienced designers with strong project management skills who are passionate about creating inspiring, user-focused spaces.

As an Interior Designer/Project Manager at BCT Design Group, you’ll lead interior architectural design projects from concept to completion across multiple market sectors. You’ll collaborate with clients to transform their vision into innovative, functional designs, oversee project proposals and contract documentation, and manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) selections. Your role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects meet design, budget, and scheduling goals.

8+ years in a professional architecture or interior design firm. Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred

Revit proficiency preferred (work samples required); familiarity with Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
