Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmPatients per shifts: 10-15

Scope:
Providing in person and telehealth infectious disease consultation for primary care teams across offices, including for HIV, Hep C, complex antibiotic therapy

Support staff: 2 case managers, social worker, and a medical assistant

Required:
