Position Overview
• Full-time, employed opportunity providing general anesthesia services across multiple specialties
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, cardiac, thoracic, pediatrics, oncology, and trauma
• Collaborative team environment with CRNAs and other anesthesiologists
• Teaching opportunities available for residents and medical students
• Weekend call optional, with additional pay available

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $460,000 for call-taking generalists
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• General call stipend: $40,000
• Total compensation potential of up to $600,000+ with optional weekend call ($7,200 per 24-hour call)
• Extra call pay: $250-$290/hour
• 8 weeks of paid vacation

• Up to $30,000/year employer contribution toward retirement plansQualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for Maryland medical license
