This great Baltimore non‑profit healthcare organization seeks an outpatient family medicine physician to join its amazing and expanding primary care team to serve the patients and families of the metropolitan city within this established clinic located in a nearby A‑rated northwestern suburb.

• Join this primary‑care team consisting of physicians, APPs, and the unwavering support of consult specialists
• Great work/life balance with a flexible outpatient weekly schedule
• Manageable patient census with an emphasis on quality care and have the backing of strong clinical and administrative support staff
• Must be Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Family Medicine (MD/DO)
• Competitive base salary, full‑time, W‑2 employed position with benefits, sign‑on bonus, malpractice coverage, and PTO – this is not a locum or contract (1099) position
• Experience preferred but new resident graduates (2025, 2026) are encouraged to apply – additional interests and training are also welcome (e.g., geriatrics)
