General Dermatologist - Baltimore Area

Required Skills:- Full spectrum general dermatology expertise: medical, surgical, and cosmetic
- Board certified or board eligible dermatologist (ABMS recognized)
- Comfortable practicing across all dermatology disciplines
- Recent residency graduates (2025 and 2026) encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting with established and new practice environments
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree with successful completion of dermatology residency
- Experience practicing in a busy clinical setting (preferred but not required for recent graduates)
- Board certification or eligibility (ABMS recognized)
- Candidate must be comfortable practicing across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- No licensure or certification specifics provided beyond the need for board eligibility or certification
- Competitive base salary + 45% of collections (uncapped)

- PA/NP supervision income potential up to $200K annually
