• 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts -- hours of operation 8 am - 12 am
• Weekends required -- 5 - 10 shifts per month ongoing
• 45 - 55 patients per shift
• Pediatric urgent care setting -- very busy
• May supervise ancillary staff
• Suturing required -- 2 - 3 per day
• ENT concerns, pneumonia, abscess draining, X-ray and EKG interpretation
• Splinting, nail procedures, and additional urgent care skills required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
