Biology (Anatomy & Physiology) - Adjunct Faculty

Community College of Baltimore County is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach day and evening one‑ and two‑semester Anatomy and Physiology courses. Campus may vary among Catonsville, Dundalk, or Essex.

• Teach day and evening sessions in one‑ and two‑semester Anatomy and Physiology courses.
• Prepare and deliver instruction in accordance with departmental standards.
• Submit instructional materials for duplication and grades on time.
• Coordinate activities with the Department Chair or discipline coordinator.
• Hold one office hour per week for each class.
• Participate in departmental or college activities and pursue professional development.

• A Master of Science in Anatomy, Physiology, or related field is required for lecture instructors; a Bachelor of Science with appropriate education and experience is required for lab instructors.
• Instructional experience is preferred.

• Adjunct Level 1 – $1,085 per credit hour.
• Faculty may teach up to 22 credit hours per year; typically no more than 11 credits per semester.
