One of our School District clients in Baltimore, MD is seeking multiple Special Education Aides (1:1) to provide services within their School Systems for the school year.
CLIENT'S HOURS- Long Term Independent Contract Schedules available
- Immediate Start for the School year
- Competitive Compensation - $17/hr (Based on Experience)
- Ensure student remains on task academically
- Ensure student progresses according to their IEP and BIP
- Assist student(s) with class transition during the school day
- Provide verbal cues and physical de-escalation tools when student is in crisis
- Support teaching staff when assistance is requested
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with school-aged children
- Ability to satisfactorily complete and pass given background checks
- Additional training on various topics (ADHD, Autism, Etc.) are provided once a candidate is selected
