GWV Fellowship Program

Thank you for your interest in Generation West Virginia’s Fellowship Program. Over the course of a year, there are eight sessions — four in-person and four virtual. Fellows are required to attend no less than seven sessions, with attendance of all strongly encouraged.

Please review the 2026 Fellowship Timeline to ensure you are able to attend 7 out of 8 sessions.

We are looking for young professionals who have started working toward their professional goals, but still hope to expand their network, develop their skills, and build their confidence to become our next generation of leaders in the state. This program is best for someone who has a few years of work experience but could benefit from this professional training to get to the next level in their careers.

Please review all application directions carefully:

• This program is for young professionals that currently live or work in West Virginia.
• Applications will be judged on merit. No incomplete applications will be considered.
• A tuition of $2,500 will be required before the start of the program. If you are planning to be sponsored by your current employer, please make sure they submit payment prior to your start date.
