• Design and execute engaging lessons aligned with our Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a conducive learning environment that promotes outstanding practice.
• Tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, including SEN, EAL, and G&T students.
• Implement effective assessment techniques and utilize performance data for differentiated instruction.
• Integrate technology to enhance learning and progress.

• Uphold discipline in line with our 'Behaviour for Learning Policy' and promote positive practices in punctuality, behavior, and academic standards.

• Evaluate learning objectives, providing constructive feedback to enhance teaching strategies.
• Regularly assess and record student progress, utilizing data to inform planning and support student learning.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for parents and actively participate in parent-student events.

• Contribute to IB / subject development by creating innovative curriculum plans and updating units of work.
• Stay updated with the latest subject knowledge through professional development and ongoing learning.

• Act as a DP Extended Essay Supervisor / MYP Personal Project Supervisor / PYP Exhibition Supervisor, if required.
• Fulfill duties as an Advisor for Upper School, contributing to the Moral Education program.
• Collaborate within the staff duty roster, providing coverage for absent colleagues.
• Facilitate examinations and assessments as needed.
• Engage in relevant training and professional development activities.
• Support school events and the ECA program.
• Foster collaboration and support among stakeholders.
• Demonstrate consistent professionalism and high standards.

• Strong commitment and enthusiasm for IB education and teaching.
• Extensive experience in Science education, preferably with IB MYP Science and DP Physics teaching experience.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.
