Join us as a Part‑Time Field Sales Technician at Clear Captions, LLC, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and people with hearing loss.

This in‑field role involves individually training customers in using Clear Captions equipment and services. You will work independently in clients’ homes, typically visiting a 50‑mile radius, and report to the Business Development Manager.

• Set up and troubleshoot Clear Captions devices at customer homes.
• Provide courteous training on device features and operation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and adapt to individual needs.
• Assist Business Development Managers with lead generation as needed.
• Complete service and repair calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records in Salesforce.
• Submit required reports and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a personally insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 95% by automobile within the assigned region (up to a 50‑mile radius).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays 9 am–6 pm and optional weekends.
• Home office with high‑speed Internet, with proficiency in basic computer and internet use.
• Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with health conditions or impairments.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in constantly changing environments.
• Strong people and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams).
• Discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

• Sitting, standing, and walking 95–100%
• Stoop, bend, crouch, reach, twist, and grasp 95–100%
• Keyboarding 70–90%
• Close‑vision viewing of computer, tablet, and phone 70–90%
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Primarily indoors in the client’s home; exposure to all weather and temperature conditions and the risks of hazardous driving.

$18 per hour plus $25 per installation.
