You will get to expand you experience
- Designing and prototyping robotic tooling systems, EOAT and end effectors for tasks such as gripping, unscrewing, cutting, and material separation
- Creating modular, scalable tools adaptable to different devices and product types
- Translating hardware process needs into robust mechanical designs
- Collaborating closely with robotics, controls, software, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration
- Conducting detailed analyses (tolerancing, FEA, DFM) to ensure durability and precision
- Driving the full product lifecycle—from CAD and prototyping to in-field deployment and iteration
What you will need to have
- 5–7 years of hands-on, professional mechanical engineering experience (non-internship)
- Deep background in mechanical design, particularly for automation or robotics
- Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360, Solid Works, or similar)
- Experience with EOAT, End Effectors, robotic tooling—especially gripping, fastening, or cutting tools
- Knowledge of rapid prototyping and manufacturing methods (e.g., CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal)
- Comfortable working in-person on hardware in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Strong cross-functional communication and debugging skills
- Highly detail-oriented and motivated to deliver production-grade solutions
