You will be responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, driving BIM & CAD innovation, establishing industry‑leading design standards, implementing new technologies, and elevating the overall technical direction of the department and traveling between office locations to support team development and collaboration.

This role would suit a strong technical leader with deep experience in mechanical system design, BIM/CAD management, and engineering team leadership.

• Mechanical engineering or architectural experience
• AutoCAD/BIM experience
• Proven leadership experience
