NETA II​/III​/IV Commercial Industrial Technician

We are seeking experienced and certified NETA II, III, or IV Technicians to join our dynamic team specializing in electrical testing and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on data center environments. This is a hands‑on role for professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, technically demanding settings and are passionate about safety, precision, and performance.

• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power systems including switch gear, transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, and related equipment.
• Conduct commissioning activities for new and upgraded electrical systems, particularly in mission‑critical data center environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and methodologies.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports in compliance with NETA standards.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

• Active NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
• Experience in data center electrical systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI/NETA standards, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as Doble, Megger, Omicron, and Fluke.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

• Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and other monitoring systems.
• Experience with high‑voltage systems and critical power infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
