Ready to put your electrical design expertise to work on innovative, next-generation technology?
We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing advanced electrical systems and products. This is an opportunity to take an active role in electrical design, circuit development, testing, and troubleshooting while working alongside cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.
If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, working in a lab environment, and seeing your designs move from concept to application, this could be a great next step.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop electrical systems, circuit boards, wiring, and power system components.
- Create and review PCB schematics and layouts using tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, or Altium.
- Perform circuit simulations and analyze electrical performance using tools such as PSpice or LTspice.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot electrical designs using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, and other laboratory equipment.
- Evaluate system performance to ensure designs meet project specifications, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
- Develop and document design specifications, test procedures, results, and engineering processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, solve technical challenges, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing designs, processes, and system performance.
- Support the development of solutions involving evolving power technologies and renewable energy applications.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on electrical or electronics design experience.
- Proven experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems or electronic circuits.
- Working knowledge of PCB schematic capture and layout tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, or Altium.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools such as PSpice or LTspice.
- Hands-on proficiency with laboratory test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and electronic loads.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Nice to Have: Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or exposure to renewable energy and power-related technologies.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents (green card holders). Sponsorship is not available.
