Structural Engineer, Civil Engineering
Own the structure. Shape the skyline.
You’re not looking to just “stamp” drawings. You want to lead structural projects end-to-end – from first walk-through to final report.
In this Senior Structural Engineer role, you’ll drive designs for new construction, tackle forensic investigations, and lead repairs and renovations of existing buildings across a wide range of materials and systems.
You’ll be the one assessing existing conditions in the field, setting realistic budgets, writing detailed proposals and reports, and steering the full design effort for the projects you own.
If you’re a PE with deep building experience in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Work OnYou’ll be the go-to structural lead on challenging building projects and investigations, including:
- Forensic engineering investigations and reporting
- Repair and renovation of existing structures
- Structural systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
- Projects requiring deep knowledge of building code requirements
- Project budgets, scopes, and schedules for structural work
- Technical proposals and detailed engineering reports
- Structural aspects of site and stormwater-related designs (where applicable)
You’ll leverage standard engineering software and your code knowledge to bring clarity and confidence to complex building problems.
This is where technical depth meets real-world impact on the built environment.

You’re the engineer people call when a structure has a problem or a project gets complicated. You can walk a building, see the load paths, understand the failure modes, and explain it all clearly to both engineers and non-engineers.
You’re comfortable in the weeds on calculations and software, but you’re just as strong in front of a client, defending your work and laying out options with confidence.
You’ve led teams, owned deliverables, and you take pride in documents that are technically sharp and easy to follow.
Why This Opportunity? This is a chance to step into a true senior role where your judgment matters and your signature carries weight. You’ll work directly with the Principal in charge of the Structural Department and be trusted to run with significant assignments.
