Job Title: Stage Manager
Location: Baltimore Orioles | Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD
Reports To: Game Presentation Department
FLSA Status: Part-time, Hourly

The Baltimore Orioles are seeking detail‑oriented, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join as Stage Managers for the 2026 season. This team provides operational and production support for live game entertainment, ceremonies, and special events, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly and professionally.

• Support all live in‑game elements, ceremonies, and entertainment acts as directed by the Field Producer.
• Act as a liaison between the Producer and game‑day talent, ensuring accurate communication of rundowns, cues, and last‑minute changes.
• Assist in the setup and execution of pre‑game and in‑game entertainment, including props, staging, and signage.
• Escort and assist guests, contestants, and performers safely to and from the field.
• Maintain awareness of game flow, timing, and safety protocols throughout each event.

• 1–2 years of experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or broadcast preferred.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast‑paced and unpredictable live‑event environments.
• Professional, team‑oriented, and adaptable to last‑minute changes.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work the majority of Orioles home games (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• High School Diploma required.
• Passion for baseball, live production, and creating seamless game‑day experiences.
