FLSA Status: Part-time, Hourly

The Baltimore Orioles are seeking energetic, outgoing, and fan-focused individuals to join the Camden Crew for the 2026 season. As members of the Promotional Team, Camden Crew members help create a fun, interactive, and memorable experience for fans at Oriole Park through in-game promotions, crowd engagement, and on-field entertainment.

• Engage and interact with fans to build an exciting, family‑friendly ballpark atmosphere.
• Execute in‑game promotions, contests, and fan participation activities during inning breaks.
• Support t‑shirt tosses, prize giveaways, and live crowd prompts featured on the video board.
• Assist with securing contestants, escorting guests, and maintaining safety during all on‑field and in‑stand activities.
• Represent the Orioles brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high‑energy, outgoing personality.
• Experience in live entertainment, performance, customer service, or fan engagement preferred.
• Ability to think quickly, adapt, and improvise in front of large audiences.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced live‑event environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work the majority of Orioles home games (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
• Passion for live entertainment, fan engagement, and creating memorable game‑day moments.
