We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Loan Account Manager to join our team and support our mission of delivering speed, service, and reliability—where brokers win.

- Protects the company from costly funding errors
- Ensures loans fund on time, preserving broker & borrower experience
- Enhances internal operational efficiency
- Ensure closing packages are returned timely
- Review executed loans documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Balance final figures with title and resolve discrepancies timely and accurately
- Prepare and order wire timely and accurately
- Work with corporate wire department to ensure accurate and timely issuance of wires
- Provide required documentation to corporate wire department and warehouse bank.
- Ensure loans are funded timely.
- Respond timely and accurately to general funding inquiries.
- Maintain set service levels.
- Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage funding experience.
- Experience reviewing executed loan documents, non-QM experience a plus
- Experience with disbursement of loan proceeds and wire preparation
- Familiarity with federal and state mortgage regulations, including TRID.
- Familiarity with LOS platforms such as Encompass
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings professionally and clearly in written responses.
