* BA/BS degree in finance or related field, with strong credentials and relevant work experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of manager due diligence experience.
* Strong presentations and writing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to excel in a dynamic and interactive team environment.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* 7+ years of manager research experience across asset classes.
* Experience with both traditional and alternative investment strategies (e.g. hedge funds, private equity, private credit and direct investments)
* Experience with asset allocation products, portfolio construction and related concepts.
* Expertise in using analytical tools such as Fact Set, Bloomberg, eVestment, Morningstar Direct, etc.
* Client facing experience.
* Completion of or progress towards CFA, CAIA or comparable designation.
* A self-starter with leadership qualities and ability to “own” initiatives and work in a dynamic environment.

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
