Registered Client Service Associate
Join Morgan Stanley as a Registered Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs), Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs), and teams on a daily basis. The role builds trusted client relationships through client‑first interactions, strong interpersonal skills, and support of client needs.
Position SummaryRegistered Client Service Associates deliver high‑quality client support, manage client account activities, and assist FAs/PWAs in achieving their business plans. The position requires a client‑first mindset, organization, and quick adaptation to evolving client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams, including client relationship enhancement, transaction execution, and account information support.
- Assist clients with account balances, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, and educate on digital tools such as MSOnline, eSign, and eAuthorization.
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collection of required documentation and clerical processing of orders.
- Support team marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance) and participate in firm initiatives, training programs, and special projects.
- Administer calendar coordination, travel itineraries, expense reporting, and general office support functions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency (College degree preferred).
- Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of financial products, advanced Microsoft Office skills, exceptional client service, strong time management, and team collaboration.
Business Service Officer
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $33,280 – $85,000 per year. Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and participation in the relevant business unit incentive plan.
