Private Client Advisor

Our client, an independent wealth management firm in Washington DC, is currently seeking a Private Client Advisor to join their established team. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of client service-related activity for high-net-worth families, family offices, endowments and foundations.

• Communicate with internal and external contacts including prospects and clients
• Collaborate with outside advisors
• Organize and manage client meetings from start to finish
• Responsible for all account maintenance
• Proactive resolution of client inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance or Business preferred
• Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Trusts and Fiduciary-based relationships
• CTFA preferred
• Understanding of trust administration, endowments and foundations, and other complex entities, such as LLC’s, limited partnerships, retirement accounts, and alternative assets
• Understand fiduciary applications relevant to client relationships
• Superior client service and communication skills
