CSP is partnering with a fast growing, leading real estate operator with a specialized asset class focus. They are searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on cash flow projections and utility analysis, delivering critical insights that support financial decision‑making and operational efficiency. The position offers a clear path toward broader real estate asset management responsibilities and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and analyze detailed cash flow models for real estate assets and portfolios
- Forecast income, expenses, and capital expenditures to support accurate financial planning
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to optimize cash flow performance
- Analyze utility costs, benchmark expenses, and recommend efficiency improvements
- Partner with Operations to resolve utility invoicing issues for occupied units
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries
- Support budgeting, reforecasting, and long‑term financial planning
- Gain hands‑on exposure to asset management, including property performance reviews and market research
- Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate (internships considered)
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of real estate metrics (NOI, IRR, cap rates) preferred
- Experience with property management or financial tools (e.g., Rent Manager, Adaptive Insights, Power BI) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset
- Desire to grow into broader real estate asset management responsibilities
