We streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes on behalf of clients. This role focuses on real estate fund level reporting, accounting, and continuous improvement of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to drive performance and operational excellence.

• Craft and convey clear, impactful and engaging messages that tell a holistic story.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.

• Oversee and deliver services for real estate client reporting and finance oversight.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
• Developing scalable and reliable real estate solutions.
• Supporting customized proposals and client presentations.
• Understanding of estimation methodology and cost management.
• Creating and managing financial models effectively.
• Architecting significant real estate managed services solutions.
• Adapting to new technologies and learning quickly.

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 – $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $119,000 – $337,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
