This role focuses on real estate fund level reporting, accounting, and continuous improvement of managed services processes, tools, and services.

Overview

As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to drive performance and operational excellence.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 – $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $119,000 – $337,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
