- Foster strong, service-driven relationships with borrowers to ensure a smooth and efficient loan experience.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality execution across all stages of the mortgage lifecycle.
- Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan process, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and internal teams to drive loan pipeline progress.
- Monitor active loan files to ensure timely completion in accordance with internal guidelines and investor requirements.
- Review and verify accuracy of loan documents including disclosures, credit reports, income documentation, and appraisals.
- Provide status updates and address delays or issues proactively.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Accurately log all interactions and loan-related details in internal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services with direct client interaction.
- Strong working knowledge of the mortgage process, regulatory requirements, and loan documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and resolve complex client issues independently.
