We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Capital Markets Analyst with hands-on experience supporting loan funding, post-closing, or capital markets operations to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.

Your Impact
  • Support loan funding and sale operations to ensure smooth capital markets execution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date collateral and settlement documentation
  • Enhance team operations by proactively solving problems and ensuring data accuracy
In This Role You Will
  • Support the management of warehouse lending facilities for rental and bridge loans
  • Upload property appraisals and prepare loan tapes for collateral pledging
  • Monitor borrowing bases and request draws for daily loan funding
  • Assist in the full life cycle of loan sales, including executing rate locks and preparing settlement statements
  • Deliver loan files to third-party due diligence providers and resolve exceptions
  • Generate assignments of mortgage and allonges
  • Coordinate with Post-Closing to ensure delivery of physical documents to loan buyers
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external purchasers to support loan origination and sale
  • Perform loan-level data cleansing, review, and analysis
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or finance within a real estate environment
  • Experience in a Salesforce environment with advanced data finding and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of real estate and/or post-closing
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AI Agents is a plus
You Must Be Willing To Learn
  • Loan purchaser platforms for locking, pricing, and settling loans
  • Third-party due diligence platforms
  • Fixed income principles and DFS underwriting guidelines
  • Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, OFFSET, etc.)
