Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial models, reporting, and insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment projects and business initiatives
- Assist with expense reviews, capital expenditure analysis, and evaluation of investment proposals
- Support preparation of presentations and materials for leadership and decision‑making committees
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate data for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Consolidate financial and operational data to support earnings forecasts and performance reviews
- Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and valuation metrics against benchmarks and targets
- Prepare and present analyses and reports to internal stakeholders
- Provide financial support for scenario modeling and profitability analysis
- Participate in department‑wide projects and initiatives as assigned
- Complete ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Provide training support related to budgeting and forecasting processes when requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Commercial real estate, data center, or property management experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Excel modeling skills preferred
- Experience with financial analysis software is a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
