Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial models, reporting, and insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment projects and business initiatives
• Assist with expense reviews, capital expenditure analysis, and evaluation of investment proposals
• Support preparation of presentations and materials for leadership and decision‑making committees
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate data for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Consolidate financial and operational data to support earnings forecasts and performance reviews
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and valuation metrics against benchmarks and targets
• Prepare and present analyses and reports to internal stakeholders
• Provide financial support for scenario modeling and profitability analysis
• Participate in department‑wide projects and initiatives as assigned
• Complete ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed

• Provide training support related to budgeting and forecasting processes when requested
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• 2–5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Commercial real estate, data center, or property management experience is a plus but not required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong Excel modeling skills preferred
• Experience with financial analysis software is a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
