- Monitor market trends and regulatory updates that may impact existing or pipeline investments.
- 7–10+ years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate development focused on energy or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success executing transactions in utility-scale renewables (solar, storage) or conventional generation.
- Strong background in financial modeling, term sheet negotiation, and commercial due diligence.
- Strategic thinker who can independently manage deals but also support leadership in broader portfolio oversight.
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment where adaptability and ownership are essential.
- Experience across both project-level and platform-level transactions preferred.
- Prior exposure to both institutional and boutique investment environments is a plus.
- U.S. work authorization required.
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with VP level experience)
- Performance-based bonus
