We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, handling cash accurately, and making sure daily banking activities are completed correctly and efficiently.

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and assist with their banking needs
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, account transactions, and other teller services accurately
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Balance cash and transactions at the end of each business day
• Review daily reports carefully and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activity
• Follow established banking procedures and internal controls
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with questions and resolve routine issues professionally
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a team and support daily branch operations

• Previous banking, teller, cash-handling, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong math and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the workday
