As the Supervisory Financial and Budget Management Specialist, you will report to the Associate Director for Management Services and Budget (ADOMSB) and provide financial oversight, direction, and stewardship for ORS. ORS provides support to the NIH research mission by delivering regulatory expertise, research support, safety and security services, and employee amenities to the NIH community.

You qualify at the GS-15 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement:

Directing and administering complex, integrated financial planning and budget management programs;

Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls;

Preparing, coordinating, and presenting budget justifications, briefing materials, reports, and executive‑level presentations for senior leadership;

Evaluating budget and financial policy and program impacts to develop operating plans;

Collaborating with program officials and leadership to assess funding requirements.
