Join our dynamic 6-bed short-stay unit, where you’ll provide for patients boarded overnight. With a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, you’ll have the time to provide attentive, personalized care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include pre- and post-procedure monitoring, patient education, and ensuring safe recovery and discharge planning. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy building strong connections with patients while working in a collaborative, procedure-driven setting
Shifts12-hour night shift; minimal holiday and weekend on-call

- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- RN experience required, ICU, IMC, or strong telemetry experience preferred
- Motivated nurses ready to join a great team!
Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
Salary Range:
Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
