Licensed Massage Therapist

Our Massage Therapists play a key role in representing the FX Well brand by creating exceptional experiences and ensuring that our services reflect excellence at every level.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor Licenced Massage Therapist, you will provide high-quality massage services in alignment with FX Well’s brand standards and protocols. You will partner with the FX Well Wellness Services to ensure smooth event experiences.

• Provide professional chair massage services, including but not limited to Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques.
• Must provide own equipment
• Greet clients prior to each service.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional service following FX Well protocols.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in alignment with FX Well’s brand standards.
• Uphold sanitation and safety practices in compliance with FX Well protocols and state regulations.
• Clean and organize designated work areas after each client and at the end of the event.
• Effectively communicate with guests, teammates, and management.
• Support FX Well’s culture by modeling passion, creativity, and quality.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules.

Requirements

• Must hold a current license/certification and registration with the state of Licensing
• Must maintain required continuing education credits to keep license active.
• Must hold professional liability insurance of at least 1M per occurrence
• Must have an active CPR/AED
• Strong knowledge of massage modalities and ability to perform consecutive services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
