Job SummaryThe Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for owning and optimizing the Sinai Supply Chain Operations, including inventory management, supply replenishment, receiving, internal and external distribution of central stores, and mail services. The role also involves driving initiatives that incorporate system‑wide vision, building shared commitment for desired future state, understanding, communicating, and effectively promoting the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization.

- Understand, communicate, and promote the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization.
- Actively seek and identify new opportunities to offer customers greater value‑added services.
- Plan, prioritize, and implement supply chain logistics programs that contribute to the Supply Chain division’s strategic objectives.
- Identify areas needed for improvement, set continuous improvement goals, and develop strategies to execute and accomplish them.
- 5–7 years of experience in supply‑chain operations.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
