The Occupational Health Coordinator (OHC RN) will work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations to assess, track, and determine work clearance of BMS employees who may exhibit signs and symptoms of COVID. The OHC RN will communicate and work with the health departments for potential outbreaks and ensure staff are tested per protocol. The OHC RN will assist with any staff training as part of the program and work closely with infection control to ensure appropriate practices are employed to mitigate risk in the work environment.

Including monitoring and recommending changes to the protocol in keeping with CDC/OSHA requirements, and performing respirator fit testing. Assessing clinical work areas for COVID-19 infection control risk and recommending spacing or other practices to mitigate risk.

Salary range: $71,100.00-$97,800.00
