Advanced Practitioner - Urgent Care

Overview

Tidal Health in partnership with Your Doc's In is seeking a BE/BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Urgent Care team. As an APP, you will render appropriate care to patients who present with injuries or illnesses and coordinate referrals for follow-up or a higher level of care across six locations, serving over 100,000 patients per year.

Location:

Salisbury, MD

• Render appropriate care to patients presenting with injuries or illnesses in Urgent Care
• Refer patients for follow-up or higher level of care when needed
• Be part of a multi-site Urgent Care provider across the Eastern Shore

• Self-Scheduling
• Expected to manage about three patients per hour
• Lots of autonomy
• Opportunities to impact organization efficiencies through quality improvement projects
• Visit multiple sites
• Full-Time or PRN options

• Over one year of experience as an APP
• Experience in ICU, ER, or PCU
• Current state CDS license
• BLS certification
• Current DEA License
• Current AANP certification
• Current ACLS, PALS
• DOT Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Proof of schooling
• Current NP license
• Licensed Registered Nurse

The approved compensation range for this role is Minimum: $119,000 / Maximum: $172,000
