We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Transactional Healthcare Attorney to join a nationally recognized healthcare practice. The attorney will handle complex issues from digital health, data management, life sciences, and medical malpractice to regulatory compliance and will work on complex, high-value healthcare transactions for leading industry clients.

• Handle complex healthcare transactions and related regulatory matters

• Manage projects involving digital health, data management, life sciences, and medical malpractice

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, Stark, and other applicable regulations

• 6+ years of healthcare transactional experience
• Admission to the applicable bar in the office location
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, and Stark
• Excellent academic credentials
• Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Current or recent AM Law 100/200 experience required

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, salary range: $284,000 – $600,000.
