The Dietetic Technician is an integral part of the nutrition care team. The role is carried out under the guidance of the RD and the LD dietitian and includes:

• Interviewing patients
• Performing anthropometric measurements
• Calculating nutrient intakes
• Educating patients and families on specific diets
• Monitoring food quality and meal acceptance
• Preparing formula and breast milk fortification
• Documenting patient care notes in electronic medical record (POE)
• Other duties as assigned

Part-Time (20 hours). Rotating Shift. Weekend work required.

• Associate’s degree, or 60 completed credits in a Bachelor’s degree program, is required. Combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.

Salary Range:
Minimum $20.23/hour - Maximum $33.40/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
