This is a full‑time 36‑hour per week position – weekends overnight, Friday–Sunday 7 pm–7 am.
Med Star Health is looking for a Diagnostic Technologist to join our team! We are looking for a registered Radiology Technologist with excellent communication skills. The Diagnostic Technologist will make a difference by performing diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and providing interpretations.

Primary Duties- Acquire ordered images, including evaluating these images for technical quality. Send images to appropriate destinations for interpretation.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Report any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintain X‑ray and other equipment in efficient operating order and perform preventative maintenance regularly.
- Obtain patient history, answer patient questions, and explain procedures. Transport patients to the radiographic room and prepare the room.
- Perform radiographic examinations and prepare written documentation such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Request and order supplies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Associate degree preferred.
USD $29.73 – $48.63 /hr.
