Employment Type: Full Time

• Interview patients under guidance of the RD and LD dietitian.
• Perform anthropometric measurements.
• Calculate nutrient intakes.
• Educate patients and families on specific diets.
• Monitor food quality and meal acceptance.
• Prepare formula and breast milk fortification.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
• Document patient care notes in electronic medical record (POE).

Minimum $20.23/hour – Maximum $33.40/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
