The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Overlea is looking for an OT Occupational Therapist to fill a full‑time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care. Using therapeutic techniques, you will improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient's motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities. The OT Occupational Therapist will assess the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.

You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively understand the needs of your patients, explain the treatment process, and clearly document treatment plans and progress. You must also effectively communicate with the patient's family or caregiver. • An active state OT license is required.
• Unlimited employee referral bonus, up to $1,000 each.

While we cannot guarantee hours, we typically offer a full caseload. Majority of our facilities are in close proximity, allowing us to offer additional hours at nearby locations.

What’s great about our field is its variety of practice areas. Therapists/DORs that leave our company usually pursue other specialties. While many stay PRN with us, we rarely see our therapists join a competing SNF.
