• Knowledge of surgical instruments, patient equipment, and medical‑surgical supplies.
• Monitor and operate sterilization equipment.
• Sterilize, prepare, wrap, and organize equipment into instrument trays for use during medical procedures.
• Test and report any issues or problems with the sterilization equipment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certified via the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management or the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Tech.
• Experienced using autoclave and Steris cleaning.
• Passion for keeping people safe.
• Technical skills and familiarity with sterilization techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• CPR certification.

Salary: $18.00–$23.00 per hour
