SummaryThe Nursing Practice Excellence Manager at Sinai Hospital will provide operational leadership for the Nursing Practice team, supporting the vision, direction, and priorities for nursing practice and outcomes across the Life Bridge Health System. This role advances nursing practice excellence by integrating evidence-based practice (EBP) and data-driven decision-making while maintaining alignment with system strategies.
AboutThe Role
As the Nursing Practice Excellence Manager, you will collaborate with executive nursing leadership, entity-based practice specialists, and interdisciplinary partners to promote consistency, optimize patient and nursing outcomes, support regulatory readiness, and drive organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Evidence-Based Practice Implementation – Use EBP skills to advance nursing practice and patient safety.
- Nursing Outcomes Oversight – Drive nursing‑sensitive indicator performance in partnership with leadership and frontline nursing teams.
- High-performance Team Leadership – Guide a team of master’s-prepared nursing experts to improve practice across the health system.
- Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; DNP preferred. - Licensure:
Registered Nurse License – current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain a Maryland license. - Certification:
American Heart Association BLS. - Experience:
5–7 years in professional nursing practice with experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, or system-level project management. Prior experience in data analytics and evidence-based practice implementation preferred.
