Skillful Steps ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely to deliver high‑quality ABA services. We are committed to supporting clients and employees, and we are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team and improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Background check clearance required upon hiring.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred.
• Reliability and ability to keep a weekly schedule.
• Access to reliable transportation or public transit.
