- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in PC usage and software applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements
- At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
